TV Wall Mount (Domestic installations)
What we’ll do.
If you are getting your TV Wall mounted by AV Made Easy, here is what we will do.
What you need to do before we arrive.
To ensure that the job runs smoothly and avoid any unnecessary disruption to your day, it would be best for you to prepare the following before we arrive on site.
What you can expect when we are on site.
When we have finished the work, you can expect.
If you are getting your TV Wall mounted by AV Made Easy, here is what we will do.
- Wall mount TV (mount can be either provided by customer or purchased from AV Made Easy).
- Connect to existing power and all existing devices.
- All cables concealed within wall cavity (where possible).
- Connect TV to existing wireless network (if available) and update firmware.
- Provide comprehensive education on TV features (where required).
- Leave detailed instructions on TV setup and basic functions
- Check all devices and conduct digital reception test
What you need to do before we arrive.
To ensure that the job runs smoothly and avoid any unnecessary disruption to your day, it would be best for you to prepare the following before we arrive on site.
- Ensure you have a working TV ready to be connected at the location of the TV point.
- Clear the area around the TV point to ensure that we will have access to it.
- Prepare for us to enter you home (warn the pets that we are coming…J) and ensure that someone over the age of 18 is at home.
What you can expect when we are on site.
- Allow at least 2 hours for us to be at your home. A wall mount can take anywhere from 1-3 hours depending on the TV size, number of devices, type of mount, location of mount and material of walls.
- In some instances, in order to successfully conceal cables, we may need to get on your roof via our ladders, as well as inside your ceiling cavity via a man-hole (or through the roof if necessary).
- If you would like us to connect your smart TV to the internet we will request your internet security key (so try to have this handy).
When we have finished the work, you can expect.
- Neat and tidy work areas (we will always clean up our mess and remove our rubbish).
- Perfect TV picture (of course relative to your TV and signal strength and quality).
- Multiple payment options (inc. Visa or MasterCard, cash, cheque or direct transfer)
- Tax Invoice including work details, amount due and our details for your records.
